This privacy policy explains how TraqNext d/b/a as www.traqnext.com (collectively, "we," "us," and "our") collects, uses, shares, and processes information about you and application usage. This privacy policy describes our practices concerning your personal information that we process when we provide you with TraqNext product and services, these include the services available through our website at www.traqnext.com and desktop applications.

Please note that TraqNext may provide the link to third-party websites and products through its website and products. But we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies or practices of any third-party organization or service that interacts with our Services. If you are willing to access those links or install and use those products then we encourage you to read the privacy policies of these third-party organizations before using any of the Services.

By using our application or communicating with us, you are consenting to the practices contained in our application. Please do not use or access this service if you disagree with any part of this privacy policy.

2. Collection of your personal and public information

We collect personal information that you provide to us when you register for the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services.

Personal Information: The personal information we collect may include the following:



Payment Transaction Information: When you purchase TraqNext products, you must provide your personal contact, billing information to our payment partner, who saves the information needed for billing purposes, our payment processing partner shares with us the minimum information needed for us to provide service to you and handle your license/package. We use this information to email you about your order. We do not get access to your payment details, like your credit card number. It is encrypted and only used by our payment partners for the intended purpose.

Other information: We may collect the information which is publicly available about you, such as from social network platforms and open forums, comments about our product and services to analyze and improve our product and services.

We may also collect information about application usage, domain visitor information, browser type and version, geographic location, IP address, time zone, operating system, device type and identifier, interactions and usage of different website pages, error generated in downloads and interaction with product for analysis and providing you even better services.

Please note that you are responsible for the information shared or obtained by any third-party through TraqNext website, product and services and conform the third-party consent to share or provide such information with TraqNext.

Information collected through TraqNext Windows and Mac application: We collect screenshots, names of applications used, websites visited, your work time, operating system on your device, including the mouse and keyboard activity (such as mouse clicked/moved and key on keyboard pressed). TraqNext does not log any information typed. All screenshots the TraqNext desktop app takes are first encrypted and uploaded via SSL over the standard HTTPS port (443). Screenshots are stored in encrypted format on Amazon S3 secure servers.

We use cookies for our website. Cookies are small text files that are sent to your browser by our web server as part of your visit to our website and are stored by the latter on your computer for future retrieval.

The cookies on your computer are used by us, over and above the usage process, to make our website more user-friendly to more closely match our services and content to our users and to promote trust and security.

We do not collect or store personal information in cookies in this context. We also do not use any techniques that link user data to information generated by cookies.

Hotjar: is a service which we use to record and create playbacks of user’s interactions with the application UI such as scrolling, moving, and rage clicking on the website, that helps us to build a better UI.

Please note that these service providers may not only use “Cookies” but also "beacons," "pixel tags," and "clear gifs" for the purpose of tracking, campaigns and marketing.

We use technical and organizational security measures to protect incoming or collected personal information, in particular against accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction or against the attack by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments. 7. Data Retention time

We will retain and use your personal information only for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the Services to you or as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy or to comply with our legal obligations, dispute resolution, enforcement of our agreements, and as otherwise described in this policy.

Once the retention period expires your information will be deleted as per data retention plan. After that, your right for access, right for information update and the right for data portability and export cannot be exercised.

Please note after termination or deactivation of an account, we may retain your information and content for a reasonable time.

As a user of TraqNext, you have specific rights regarding your personal information which gives you certain control over how your information is used and processed. Below is an outline of your rights:

Right to Access: You have the right to request access to the copies of personal information in structured, easily understandable and machine readable predefined format, if technically feasible. This option is available only if information is processed by automated means and that the processing is based on your consent.

The Unsubscribe feature does not encompass the necessary emails sent by TraqNext to you.

Response Timing: We respond to a customer request for access or deletion of personal information within 30 days of receiving that request. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. This however provision to the fact that we are able to identify you in our system and you have provided us enough information to conform that you are the right person whose information you are requesting. For this purpose, generate any such request from TraqNext registered user accounts.
